Refund policy

At Copytide, we’re committed to providing high-quality copywriting services that meet your expectations. We offer a limited refund policy for new clients to ensure your satisfaction with our service.

Initial purchase refund:

• You may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, whether it’s for a subscription or a single pay-as-you-go project.
• Refunds are subject to a $30 processing fee (or equivalent in your local currency).
• To request a refund, use our designated refund request link.

Refund eligibility:

• Refunds are only available for your first purchase with Copytide.
• You must request the refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
• If you’ve received and accepted more than one completed task or over 500 words of content within the 14-day period, you’re not eligible for a refund.

Refund exclusions:
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• Requests made more than 14 days after your first payment.
• Account inactivity (you can cancel your subscription if you don’t need new tasks).
• Changes of mind about your subscription.
• Accidental subscriptions or use of incorrect payment methods.
• Forgotten subscription renewal cancellations.
• Insufficient expertise to create briefs or collaborate with writers.
• Writer unavailability due to removal from Copytide.

Important notes:

• Submitting a refund request doesn’t guarantee approval.
• Approved refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
• Once a refund is issued, you’ll lose access to Copytide services and products.
• Refunded content ownership transfers to Copytide.
• Refunds are processed in the original purchase method and currency.
• You are responsible for any currency conversion costs or fees charged by your financial institution.

Subscription cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
